VRF3 acts as:

A seller, service provider, or facilitator depending on the nature of the transaction
A platform for E-Commerce support, trading, and related services

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
Payments are processed through RBI-approved payment gateways
Applicable GST or other taxes will be charged as per Government regulations

The Company is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, gateways, or third-party providers.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- - Pricing errors
  - Stock unavailability
  - Suspected fraud
  - Regulatory or compliance issues
In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded as per the refund policy.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Use the platform lawfully and responsibly
Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities

Violation of these terms may result in:

Suspension or termination of access
Legal action where applicable

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Losses resulting from third-party service failures
Delays caused by force majeure events

The Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.

Privacy & Data Protection

User data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws
Payment details are not stored on Company servers
All sensitive information is handled securely through authorized payment gateways

BOOKING, BILLING & PAYMENT POLICY

Single Platform. Single Payment. Complete Execution.

VRF3 Projects Private Limited operates as a unified B2B and B2C project enablement platform, providing verified services, execution support, and commercial facilitation under one digital ecosystem.
All bookings and payments for services listed on the VRF3 platform are accepted directly by VRF3, ensuring transparency, accountability, and seamless coordination between clients and execution partners.

BOOKING PROCESS

Customers select the required service or project module through the VRF3 platform
Booking is confirmed upon successful payment to VRF3
VRF3 assigns verified vendors, service providers, or internal teams
Execution, coordination, and delivery are managed end-to-end by VRF3

No third-party payments are required at any stage of booking or execution.

DIRECT BILLING STRUCTURE

All invoices are issued directly by VRF3 Projects Private Limited.

VRF3 acts as the principal booking and billing entity
Customers make payment only to VRF3
Vendor settlements are managed internally by VRF3
Customers receive single-point billing and documentation

This structure eliminates payment fragmentation and ensures operational clarity.

B2B & B2C APPLICABILITY

VRF3 services are available to:

Businesses (B2B) – EPC companies, developers, corporates, traders
Individuals (B2C) – investors, landowners, residential customers

The same booking, billing, and compliance framework applies to both segments.

TAXATION & STATUTORY CLARIFICATION

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)

TDS shall be deducted by the customer wherever applicable, as per the Income Tax Act, 1961
Applicable TDS certificates must be issued in favor of VRF3 Projects Private Limited
Net payment after TDS shall be considered as valid payment for booking confirmation

GST APPLICABILITY

No GST is charged or applicable on VRF3 platform facilitation, booking, and coordination services
Invoices raised by VRF3 do not include GST
Any statutory taxes, if applicable at execution level, are managed internally and do not impact customer billing

VRF3 operates under a facilitation and project enablement model where GST is not applicable on platform service charges.

PAYMENT MODES ACCEPTED

Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
UPI
Authorized Online Payment Gateways
Account Payee Cheque / DD (Subject to clearance)

All payments must be made only to VRF3’s officially disclosed bank accounts.

EXCLUSIVITY CLAUSE

VRF3 is the sole and exclusive platform for:

Booking
Payment collection
Vendor coordination
Project enablement services

Clients are advised not to make any direct payments to vendors, agents, or third parties claiming association with VRF3.

VRF3 shall not be responsible for payments made outside its authorized channels.

CONFIRMATION & RECORDS

Booking confirmation is issued upon receipt of payment
Invoice / receipt is generated in the name of the customer
All transactions are digitally recorded for audit and compliance purposes

LEGAL & COMPLIANCE NOTE (WEBSITE SAFE VERSION)

VRF3 Projects Private Limited operates as a project enablement and facilitation platform. Tax treatment, including TDS applicability, shall be governed by prevailing Indian laws. Customers are advised to consult their tax advisors for statutory compliance.
