REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Returns are accepted only if:
  • The product/service is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered
  • The return request is raised within the specified return window (as displayed on the website)

Returned items must be:
  • Unused and in original condition
  • Accompanied by invoice and original packaging Certain items/services may be non-returnable, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timelines:
    • 7–10 working days for cards / UPI / net banking
    • Subject to bank or payment gateway processing
No interest or compensation shall be payable on delayed refunds caused by external systems.
